The SeeMeRot.com site is dedicated to all who have gone before us. They have been legally fighting as their site says: "Having had many battles in our efforts to maintain our 'Live Coffin Cams' within the interiors of our subjects' caskets. We have succeeded once again & we are in the process of hooking up our first live feed in almost 2 years! (legal battles in two countries have now been settled) We will hopefully start our next broadcast from the Phillipines, where we have secured the rights to our very own burial ground. [undisclosed to protect gravesite]Our original cam site will be one of three that will be live over the course of the coming months, we will stream 1 site at a time at first and then hopefully by the end of 2006 have all three running simultaneously on three pages of this site .
From our base in Seattle we should have been able to control the lighting and 'refresh rate' of the camera equipment, unfortunately that was not the case. Thankfully all the problems we had from the start, (lighting and mounting issues meant that the cam was not only almost impossible to see but also the zoom mal-functioned) have now been addressed. This site is not what you think, ie - its a fake.
The cam image you see is just a Gif file with an effect applied to it.

Seems to me her chin is different. Her blouse is darker on the collar. Remember Medgar Evers who was exhumed and looked real good after several years. His son who had not remembered his dad got to view his body. Who knows what is real or not.
I'm using linux.. I'm sure you would get the same result from windows when you right click on the image and select properties... GIF image (animated, 4 frames)... FAKE!
This site may or may not be a fake but the many posts regarding decomposition clearly shows ignorance on the subject! With current techniques a body can be exhumed 20 years later and look essentially as it did when it was placed in the casket. Contrary to apparently popular belief bodies do not decompose and "rot" in a matter of a few years!

Its sad and pathetic people have to lie about the dead but for so many to just believe it with out even bother to right click shocks me.

Well here is the real issue. When someone is placed in the final resting vessel the interior cloth acts as a sort of blanket. Notice you see no sides of a casket and with a camara that close you should see that.

I did some looking into the source code on the web site and in the script I found this

that is basically saying it is a gif file, and is saved on their computer as a pic.
